DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TRY THE NEW KIND OF BALANCING WE LEARNED IN CLASS TODAY balance polyatomic ions if they exist on both sides of the equation. Treat your ions like a single atom for your balancing purposes. When we start doing a lot of this type of equation, using this method will save you a lot of time.

Section 10.2 Classifying Chemical Reactions
 2/9/2017 Classify reactions 114 from Wksht Classify Eqns in as many ways as you can. Most will have at least 2 different ways to be classified. (5 pts)
 2/10/2017 Classify equations 1528 from Worksheet Worksheet Balancing Equations. Classify in as many ways as you can. Some may have as many as 4 classifications.
 2/10/2017 Classify equations 1528 from Worksheet Worksheet Balancing Equations. Classify in as many ways as you can. Some may have as many as 4 classifications.
 2/16/2017 Make 16 molecules by putting each of the + ions with each of the ions in the correct ratio. Each of your 16 molecules will have 3 different kinds of atoms.
SO_{4} ^{2} NO_{3} ^{1} CO_{3}^{2} PO_{4}^{3}
Fe^{2+} Fe^{3+} Cr^{2+} Cr^{3+}
